The available shipping methods are:
- Standard shipping (15 business days)
- Express shipping (5-7 business days)
- Shipping is made by the company as soon as the payment is received from the customer.
- Delivery time is indicated in the cart an then in the order/payment confirmation email. All shipping terms however are listed in “Terms and Conditions”.
- Returns are accepted by the company within the deadlines established by law, 15 days from purchase/payment without prejudice to the integrity of the packaging and its contents that the company will verify at its headquarters.

Shipping and Returns
- Send an email to resi@rivadossisandro.com specifying the reasons for the return, your details, the order number and attaching the receipt of payment. An operator will take charge of the request and provide the subsequent information to finalize the practice.

- Once the status of the returned goods has been received and viewed, the company will send a confirmation email and make a refund on the coordinates from which the payment was made.

- Each customer has the option to change or cancel their order, accessing the personal area and selecting the item “Orders”.
- You can always cancel the order procedure in the first item selection window or in the “cart” window.
